    • Remember when the contract is filled out to include all water features such as waterfall, slide, deck jets, attached spa, solid covers. There is an additional charge, and you will be billed if you did not complete the contract correctly.
    • All questions/complaints must be reported to our office within 3 business days of the service date.
    • All customer accounts must be current in order to receive any discounts. There will be a 1 1⁄2% finance charge per month for any past due balances over 30 days.
    • Customers do not need to be home at the time of service as long as all the necessary equipment, water, electricity, and accessories are by the pool.
    • We are not responsible for delays due to weather or ground conditions.
