  • Removal of cover
  • Re-assembly of filter and pump
  • Removal of all winterizing plugs
  • Start up of filter, pump and motor, and automatic cleaner pump.
  • Initial charge of D.E.
  • Assembly and installation of all removed accessories, such as directional fittings, ladders, rails and diving boards
  • Addition of opening chemicals (chlorine shock, algaecide, and stain and scale preventative)
  • Water Testing for PH, Total Alkalinity, Chlorine (including salt), Stabilizer

Gritz Pools Complete Pool Opening service includes: the removal of your pool cover; the re-assembly of your pool filter and pump; the removal of all winterizing plugs; starting up your pool’s filter, pump and motor, and automatic cleaner pump; the initial charge of D.E.; and of course the assembly and installation of all removed accessories, such as directional fittings, ladders, rails and diving boards.

Plus, we treat the water with the opening chemicals (chlorine shock, algaecide, and stain and scale preventative) that your pool needs to start the season. Lastly, we include a free water testing for PH, Total Alkalinity, Chlorine (including salt), Stabilizer.
